This programme is designed to equip young talent with essential administrative, communication and workplace readiness skills aligned to industry needs.

Overview

This 12-month learning programme provides structured theoretical training and practical workplace experience. Learners will develop core business administration capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
  • Maintain and organise company records, files and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Process and maintain accurate data entry in databases.

Requirements

  • Must be a Person Living with a Disability (proof of disability required).
  • Must have Matric (Grade 12).
  • Must be a South African citizen between the age of 18 – 34 years.
  • Must be currently unemployed.
  • Must be able to participate in a full-time 12-month learnership program.
